Information You Will Need to Complete the Form
You may want to bookmark this page, gather your information and then return to complete the form. You will need your organization's BN/Registration number. Only registered NPOs are eligible for free inclusion. In addition, the following is requested
- your organization name
- your full street address
- your phone number
- hours of operation
- your service area (to which towns/cities residents do you provide a service)
- description of your location - for example, is your business in a plaza or shopping centre, or located on a one way street (if applicable)
- where to park (if applicable)
- number of years in operation
- a description of your organization (maximum 250 words, but this should be no less than 125 words). VERY IMPORTANT - do not use a duplicate copy of content that is on one of your webpages.
- your funding sources
- types of donations you accept, if any
- whether or not you seek volunteers
- your website URL, if you have a website
- your contact information including name and email address
