As everyone's guide is a local search engine, to qualify for inclusion, your business must be an "in-person" business. In other words, you must interact directly with the clients or customers you service. If your business involves strictly web-based sales, it does not qualify. Certapay Instructions

CertaPay is an online Canadian Interac email money transfer service offered to account holders with online banking at the following Canadian banks:

To make your payment with CertaPay:

  1. Log in to your online banking service.
  2. Find the link for "Interac Email Money Transfer" (CertaPay provides instructions on where to find this link for each of the banks) .
  3. You will be prompted to enter a "sent from" email address. Please use the same address you plan to use for your contact email in your business page submission.
  4. You will be prompted to enter the transfer amount. The transfer amount is $127.20 ($120.00 + GST).
  5. You will then be prompted to enter information about the recipient:
    • Recipient Name: everyone's guide
    • Recipient email address: payments @ everyonesguide.ca
    • Security question: What is this for?
    • Answer to security question: e1g submission. (You must enter the answer exactly as it appears or we will not be able to accept your payment.)
  6. Please include the business name you plan to enter in your Power Up Local™ submission in the "message" box.
